Reviews from Google
  • I'm so glad I stumbled upon Cris while looking for a private car service in Manila to sightsee for the day. He was able to accommodate me at the last minute and had a driver, Rafael, ready to pick me up within just two hours of my request. Rafael was incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and he provided great recommendations throughout the day along with pleasant conversation. His car was very clean and comfortable, and he made sure I always felt safe and well taken care of.

  • I stumbled upon Kuya Cris on Google. After seeing reviews we took a chance and booked him for our trip in Manila. From our initial conversation, Kuya Cris was very helpful and was always willing to answer my many questions. We ended up using his car service for 3 different occasions and every single one of them was wonderful. Despite Manila traffic, crazy roads and drivers, he was able to make us feel safe at all times.

  • Chris is an absolute gentleman — punctual, friendly, and professional with a spotless car. He gave us great local advice and went above and beyond to help with anything we needed. We only booked him for an airport pickup but ended up having him as our personal driver for the entire week.

The package

Eight hours, one fixed rate, driver and fuel included

Inside Metro Manila that price is agreed before you get in and does not move afterwards — not for traffic, not for the number of stops, not for the distance covered within the metro.

What the rate covers

  • A professional driver for the full eight hours
  • Gasoline for the whole day
  • A free Wi-Fi hotspot on board
  • One vehicle of your chosen size, cleaned before pickup
  • Route planning around the day's traffic, not around the meter
  • A receipt you can file as a company expense

12 to 14-seater van

₱8,000/ 8 hrs

Toyota Commuter Deluxe · Hiace Deluxe

Overtime ₱500 per hour

Both rates include the driver, gasoline and on-board Wi-Fi. Tolls and parking are the only things you settle separately.

Just need one journey? An airport-to-hotel transfer in Makati is ₱2,500 by car or ₱5,000 by van — cheaper than holding the car for the day.

Who is driving

You are calling Cris directly

There is no dispatcher, no app, and no queue. The number on this page rings the owner, who confirms your trip and usually drives it himself.

He runs CrisMay himself. When you call the number on this site, you reach him. He confirms the trip, quotes the rate, and either drives you or hands you to a driver he vouches for.

Trust, but check the paperwork

The headline of this business is a safety claim, so here is what backs it. Anything not yet verified is left off rather than implied.

  • The driver is named

Cris Labastida, with a public Google profile carrying 50 reviews under that name. You can check him before you call.

  • Training on paper

A Petron and National Safety Council defensive driving certificate, reproduced below rather than described.

  • Nothing sensitive published

Booking · 4 steps

From call to kerbside

There is no booking form on this site on purpose. A two-minute call settles what a form would take three exchanges to confirm.

  1. Call and give the details

Date, time, pickup point, where you are going, and how many of you there are. Flight number too, if it is an airport run.

  2. Get the rate and the vehicle

Fixed for Metro Manila, quoted for anywhere else. Both settled on that same call, along with which vehicle you are getting.

  3. Send the deposit

GCash, Maya, bank transfer, PayPal or Wise. This is what holds the date. Confirmation comes back manually.

  4. Your driver arrives early

Ahead of the agreed time, in a cleaned vehicle. You pay the balance and the tolls at the end, and take a receipt.

Payment

Five ways to pay, one of them from abroad

Payment is confirmed manually — there is no checkout on this site and no card details are ever taken here. A receipt is issued for every trip.

  • GCash
  • Maya
  • Bank transfer
  • PayPal
  • Wise

A deposit holds your date. The balance and any toll charges are settled at the end of the trip. If you need the receipt made out to a company, say so when you book.

Questions

The things people actually ask

Answered plainly, including the ones with an awkward answer. Where a figure is not published, it says so instead of guessing.

Pricing

  • How much is the 8-hour Metro Manila package?

It depends on the vehicle. ₱4,500 for any of the six 7-seater cars — the Toyota Innova, Mitsubishi Xpander, Toyota Avanza or Suzuki Ertiga — or ₱8,000 for any of the three vans, which seat 12 or 14. Both figures are for up to 8 hours anywhere inside Metro Manila and already include the professional driver, the gasoline for the day, and a free Wi-Fi hotspot on board. Toll fees are the one cost paid separately, by the customer. If all you need is one journey from the airport to your hotel, a transfer is cheaper than the package — see the airport questions below.

  • Is the rate fixed?

Yes. Whichever rate applies to your vehicle is agreed before the trip starts and does not change with traffic, with how many stops you make, or with the distance covered inside the metro.

  • Is gasoline included in the rate?

Yes, in both the ₱4,500 car rate and the ₱8,000 van rate. Fuel for the eight hours is part of the price — you are not asked to top up the tank at the end of the day.

  • What happens after 8 hours?

Time beyond 8 hours is charged as overtime. For the vans that is ₱500 an hour. For the 7-seater cars, confirm the overtime rate when you book so there is no discussion at the end of the day.

  • How are trips outside Metro Manila priced?

Out-of-town trips are quoted individually. The quote depends on the destination, the number of days, and the itinerary. Give CrisMay your pickup point, destination, date, time, passenger count and rough plan, and you get a single all-in figure.

The service

  • Is a driver included?

Always. CrisMay is a car-with-driver service — there is no self-drive option. Cris Labastida drives most trips himself, and hands the rest to drivers he vouches for personally.

  • Are toll fees included?

No. Skyway, NLEX, SLEX and all other toll charges are paid by the customer. This is stated up front so the quoted rate stays a real number.

  • Is fuel included?

Yes, for the Metro Manila package. Gasoline sits inside the rate along with the driver's fee and the Wi-Fi hotspot.

  • Is there Wi-Fi in the car?

Yes. A free Wi-Fi hotspot is on board at no extra charge, so you can work, stream or keep the kids occupied while you move.

  • Are parking fees included?

Parking arrangements are confirmed at booking. Ask when you call.

  • Can you act as a tour guide as well as a driver?

Yes. Guests regularly ask Cris where to eat and what to see, and he plans routes around it. Say so when you book if you want the day planned rather than just driven.

Airport

  • How much is an airport transfer to my hotel?

To a hotel in Makati it is ₱2,500 in a 7-seater car or ₱5,000 in a van. That is a one-way transfer — the driver meets you at the terminal and takes you to your hotel, and that is the whole trip. Transfers to other areas are quoted on the call.

  • Do you provide NAIA pickup?

Yes. Airport transfer is one of the most requested services, across all NAIA terminals. Send your flight number when you book so the arrival can be tracked.

  • What is the difference between a transfer and the 8-hour package?

A transfer is one journey — airport to hotel, and the driver is then finished. The 8-hour package keeps the car and driver with you for the working day at ₱4,500 for a car or ₱8,000 for a van. If you want the driver to wait, or to make stops on the way, book the package rather than the transfer.

  • What if my flight is delayed?

Send the flight number at booking and the pickup is adjusted to the actual landing time. Confirm the waiting-time policy when you book.
